(3) Alkali cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning machine can be used to treat oil stains on the surface of plates, pipes, etc., and acid cleaning or shot blasting machine can be used to treat the oxide layer and pollution on the surface of forged blocks, etc.

(3) The electrode block is used as the core material, and a certain proportion of plate 3&tubular returned furnace charge is used around to bind the electrode into a consumable electrode. The amount of returned furnace charge can be less than 80%.

(4) Consumable electrode is made from ingot riser of the same brand and specification by plasma argon arc welding, and the usage rate of returned furnace charge is 100%.
