1. Unconventional defects

1) Surface fissure

In addition, the pressing procedure is unreasonable, the pass processing rate is small, there are too many passes, or the pass processing rate is unevenly distributed. 2) Acid spot

2. Conventional defects

1) Scratches

Sticks or edges, corners and burrs are found. The reason is that the guide plate, roller table, tools and rollers are not smooth and clean. Scratched surface during rolling; The operation is not careful, so that they collide with each other and scratch the surface. Timely eliminate problems found; Careful operation and measures: check the tools, guide plates, roller tables and rollers before rolling. Don't pull and bump.

2) Metal indentation

Cause: The edge burrs and tail slag of rolled pieces are pressed into the product surface. The cracked head shall be cut off in time. Measures: timely eliminate burrs on slab edges and foreign matters on the surface. Cracked edges.

3) Non-metallic indentation

Dust and foreign matters fall on the surface of rolled piece; After pickling, the reason is poor environmental sanitation. The cleaning is not clean. Timely remove the adhesion on the surface of rolled piece. Measures: do a good job of hygiene.

4) Roll mark

There are pits, pockmarks, scratches, etc; The surface of the roll is dented by the plate corners. Cause: The surface of the roll is severely worn. The roll shall be grinded or replaced. Action: Roll marks are found.

5) Pockmarks

There are dust and foreign matters on the surface of pressing plate or base plate. Cause: during pressing, straightening and annealing. Measures: Clean the surface of pressing plate and base plate in time before entering the furnace.
