(3) The electrode block is used as the core material, and a certain proportion of plate 3&tubular returned furnace charge is used around to bind the electrode into a consumable electrode. The amount of returned furnace charge can be less than 80%.

(4) Consumable electrode is made from ingot riser of the same brand and specification by plasma argon arc welding, and the usage rate of returned furnace charge is 100%.

Treatment of crumbs

The technological process for the treatment of scraps is as follows: titanium scraps - crushing - cleaning - drying - screening - removal of high-density metal inclusions - distribution - inspection - packaging and preservation. Chips can be crushed by herringbone gear roller crusher or hammer crusher. The cleaning is carried out on the cleaning machine. The titanium chips cleaned by hot air dryer or electric dryer shall be dried. Titanium chips are screened in a double hole sieve. After screening, the scoop chips are separated by an air separator, and then processed by a high intensity magnetic separator to remove high density metal inclusions (alloy bits mixed with titanium chips, etc.). The titanium scraps are distributed on the distributor, so that the scraps with different compositions and geometric dimensions are evenly distributed. The scrap residue after purification treatment and inspection is the recycled material.
