Titanium is stable in air at room temperature; Titanium alloy has higher strength than steel because of its low density, high strength, half density of steel and similar strength, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other excellent characteristics. Titanium, known as "space metal", can maintain high strength and mechanical properties within a wide temperature range of - 253 ℃~500 ℃. Titanium is also known as "bio metal". The bone damage is fixed with titanium splint and titanium bone nail. After a few months, the bone will grow on the titanium splint and in the thread of titanium bone nail, and new muscles will be wrapped on the titanium splint. This "titanium bone" is just like real bone. Titanium plate manufacturers can even use titanium artificial bone heads to replace bone penetration to treat fractures.

Titanium plate performance

Material: TA1, TA2, TA3, Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4

Titanium plate production specification:

T 0.5-1.0mm x W1000mm x L 2000-4000mm

T 1.0-5.0mm x W1000-1500mm x L 2000-3500mm

T 30- 80mm x W1000mm x L 2000mm

 Medical titanium material

Manufacturing process:

Hot forging A forging process performed above the recrystallization temperature of the metal.

Hot rolling is the rolling process at a temperature higher than recrystallization temperature.

Cold rolling: The rolling process in which the plastic deformation temperature is lower than the recovery temperature.

Annealing: a metal heat treatment process that slowly heats the metal to a certain temperature, maintains it for a sufficient time, and then cools it at a suitable rate (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling).

Pickling: immerse the parts in the aqueous solution of sulfuric acid to remove the oxide and other films on the metal surface. It is the pretreatment or intermediate treatment of electroplating, enamel, rolling and other processes.

Executive standards: GB/T 3621-2007, GB/T 13810-2007, ASTM B265, ASTM F 67

Other requirements: the board surface is flat, can be bent, can be punched

Features: low density (4.51KG/m3), high melting point (1660 ℃), strong corrosion resistance, high specific strength and good plasticity

Application fields: aerospace, machinery, chemical industry, electrolysis, medical treatment, sports and other industries.
