Shenyang CNNC's Internal Training Meeting on Efficient Implementation of Organizational Growth was successfully held

In order to further optimize the company's management and improve the staff's work efficiency, on July 8, 2022, the internal training meeting with the theme of "Efficient Implementation of Organizational Growth" organized by Shenyang CNNC was successfully held in our conference room, and more than 40 company backbones participated in the training.


This training specially invited Huang Xunpan, a teacher of Zhongxu Education, to teach us "eight systems of management and control implementation", aiming to improve the overall management level of the enterprise, improve the work efficiency of employees, enhance the execution of Shenyang CNNC team, create a process based and standardized management, and guide the direction of how to cultivate talents.




During the training, Mr. Huang closely focused on how to increase the team's execution and combat effectiveness. During the training, he put forward the ideas of "reporting the results of work, asking for instructions on the work plan", "one day's plan depends on last night", "three eight rule", etc., as well as many case sharing, which aroused great interest and thought of all students. The lecture content was serious and vivid, For four hours, the students said they benefited a lot.

Through this training, we not only improved our cognitive ability of their respective positions, but also broadened the thinking of lean management, especially in communication, management, responsibility, process, performance and other issues. We were inspired and learned many practical work ideas and solutions.
